Hubei Nokete Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.(NKT) is a professional manufacturer of phytochemicals (phytomedicines’ raw materials and botanical extracts, etc.). NKT mainly focus on the extraction, separation and purification of natural ingredients, and meanwhile carry out the research and development of phytomedicines. We always believe that “to touch the soul of herb and inherit the essence of traditional Chinese medicine” is our responsibility. For this kind of goal, NKT strive to become the “Asia Leading Production Base of Phytochemicals”. Our products have been widely used in pharmaceuticals, health care products, food supplyments, food additives, cosmetics and other fields. There are more than 100 customers around the world use and trust NKT’s products nowadays. In the past years, we take the technology as the forerunner and the quality as the core, to create value to the customers for mutual development. NKT is dedicated to investment in facilities and equipments, has invested ￥350 million to the construction, and has built up the largest and most advanced extraction plant in China. The entire production line in NKT is controlled by a modern, intelligent, automatic control system. Until now, NKT has built up two GMP workshops, containing six multi-functional extraction lines, among which there is the only production line for Ginkgo Biloba Extract of acetone process in the whole China. Here are several other production lines of Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces, drug grade medicinal fungi fermentation, health supplement,bio-fertilizer of dregs. Now NKT has the ability to process herbal and plant amounting to 30,000 tons each year. -Approved by Chinese GMP -EU-GMP and CEP of Ginkgo Biloba Extract in application -The only EU-GMP standard production line for Ginkgo Biloba Extract of acetone process in China. -Six production lines. Three annular dynamic countercurrent extraction lines (10 tons & 15 tons); two multi-functional extraction lines (32 extraction tanks with six cubic each) ; one round dynamic countercurrent extraction line (10 tons) -The annual processing capacity of herbal and plant up to 30,000 tons. -Controlled by a modern, intelligent, automatic control system -The most advanced extraction facilities in China R&D ◎ NKT dedicate not less than 10% of annual net profit to the R&D per year. ◎ NKT’s 2 self-owned labs: --- Lab#1(with central lab) is in the factory which includes 38 researchers, whom are led by Dr. Dai from Germany and focus on process improvement. --- Lab#2 is located in Chengdu city with 5 researchers and in charge of Dr. He, which are focus on new products development. ◎ Outside Cooperation NKT specially invite 12 experts and professors from some prestigious universities and institutes to do cooperation on R&D, including, --- Huazhong University of Science and Technology --- Huazhong Agricultural University --- Hubei University of Chinese Medicine --- Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine --- Nankai University, etc. ◎ Results and Awards --- Be officially awarded "Academician Experts workstation" by Hubei province government. --- Be officially awarded "Medicinal Fungi Fermentation Engineering Technology Center" by Hubei province government. --- Get 19 patents for products and technology innovation. --- Establish more than 200 production processes of botanical extracts. --- Establish the "Herbal Pharmaceutical Lab" with Canadian Phytochemical Corp in China. --- Build a complete OEM / ODM system to meet the customized requests. |
