Hunan Xiaoxiang Tea Industry Co., Ltd is a major subsidiary of Hunan Tea Group Co., Ltd and a “Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization” jointly designated by the provincial government of Hunan and China CO-OP. The company operates comprehensively in tea growing, processing, trading, and research and market under the brand “Xiaoxiang”, which is on the list of “FAMOUS TRADEMARKS OF HUNAN”. The company possesses accreditations from “ISO9000”、“ISO22000”、“QS”and some of its products(Green Tea, Jasmine Tea, Mao Jian) achieved China Green Food Certification. The company owns the largest concentrated intensive farming organic tea plantation in Hunan. Located on the Xuefeng Mountain Range in Baotian Village, Huitong County and blessed with a humid climate and high altitude, the plantation of 6000 mu (400 Ha.) offers an ideal ecology for organic farming. The company has been in operation for over 20 years and has established an extensive distribution network consisting of 960 outlets in over 20 provinces in China. The company is an approved tea import&export enterprise which sells to EU, USA, Russia, India, Japan, Austria and Southeast Asia. The company follows the policy of “Boosting Development via Technology” and pursues a sustained development model in which the company itself plays the leading role in developing new technology while actively seeking input from scientific institutions. The company employs experts from Hunan Tea Research Institute and Hunan Agricultural University as technical advisors to guide production and train employees. Products of the company have won numerous prestigious honors and are well-received in both domestic and international markets. “Xiaoxiang” Jamine Tea was granted the Prize for High Quality by MOFCOM in 1990 and won the gold prize in China Brand &Quality Food Expo in 1994. In 2000, “Xiaoxiang” Jamine Tea was named China Famous Brand Product by China CO-OP. For the seven consecutive years between 2001 and 2007, “Xiaoxiang” Jasmine Tea and Green Tea were gold winners in China (Hunan) International Agriculture Expo. In 2009, “Xiaoxiang” Jasmine Tea garnered the gold prize in the Seventh AG Trade Fair. In 2010, “Xiaoxiang” Gold Tea and Jasmine Yinhao King were both gold winners in the First Hunan CO-OP Trade Fair. |
